“Just moved into Presteigne and have been in this store multiple times.It's clean and the staff are friendly. I have a visible disability and rather than ignore me like I have been elsewhere, offers of help were appropriate and well received.Absolutely delighted that they stock our favourites, but they do need to up their game a bit on the dog food.My only real downer is the cost of bread, which as a staple in a town with no real alternatives for shopping could be used as a loss leader to mitigate costs of other items,The sense of humour and the friendliness of the staff has really made me feel welcome in a town where I am pretty much still a complete stranger.I'll be back as long as the welcome is this warm.”
