Appalling service, would have given it zero stars if I could. Placed my Christmas order at the end of November, went in to collect it on Christmas Eve and the man behind the counter denied knowledge of the order and was tersely told " you didn't place the order with me and they didn't have it" as if this was adequate. Very refreshing to receive kind and polite service. The Butcher was very polite and we brought sausage rolls, eggs, ham quiche and a scotch egg. The quiche was very tasty as was the scotch egg for our picnic. The eggs were also lovely and fresh. Would recommended.
