With very little notice he fixed a tricky snapped gear cable and my brakes - the bike ran beautifully the day after and we were able to complete the ride. But more than that- Chris was absolutely wonderful and extremely generous and helpful. He chatted to us on the phone for ages when we didn’t know what to do when the bike broke, then extremely kindly fixed the bike that evening. Such a brilliant service and a lovely person to meet!
