It was one of the funniest shopping days i have ever had, the young man who helped me made me laugh and helped me to get things from the shelves as im disabled. That worker made my day. The other staff was just as nice

Not really a discount store anymore. There's a decent selection of certain cheap products but the quality has drastically dropped.Prices have gone up in general here and you either end up with less quantity or less quality and it just isn't the same, so not as many savings to be honest.

What rude staff she served me without speaking at all. She just spoke to a male member of staff while serving me and they were talking about other staff which were not there. I just couldn't believe it even when l needed to pay there was no contact with me at all l just had to choose which way l was going to pay. She never spoke to me at all. I was very discussed how l was invisible to these 2 staff. I think the manager needs to have a big word with their staff was not impressed today if that was done were l work we would of had the sack. Discussed lm so glad that they weren't talking bad about these other members of staff because l think if they were l would of said something. But this is not how you treat customers even it is only poundland if customers didn't go in they wouldn't have a job. So poundland pull up your socks and have a word to your staff about customer service
