Nurses and staff are great, sadly only 2 doctors for 2 surgery locations... not good. Have had to wait nearly 2mths for appointment for a potentially serious complaint...im now in the process of leaving the practice.

Nurse Llinos Is the best I'm in there monthly with my liittle one. Only yesterday after coughing for 2 weeks she's had 2 lots of antibiotics and already can see the difference. Top lady thanks.

5-6 week wait to see a GP! No wonder A&E is full all day every day and ambulances are queuing outside for hours. If you have more than one ailment you are unfortunate as if you do get an appointment, you have less than ten minutes to discuss ONE ailment. Many of us are struggling with multiple health issues and it seems to go in one ear and out of the other. Dr Shori tries to help if you are lucky enough to get an appointment but these are like hens teeth. Shameful attitude from the staff at times, seems empathy is as rare as appointments.

Stayed in Haven and my 6 year old son became unwell. Phoned the surgery the reception staff were fantastic, polite and helpful. The paediatric nurse was knowledgeable, helpful and we didn?t have to wait at all despite not being his surgery as we had travelled from the Lake District thanks so much,

Excellent staff and service! Anybody who rates them poorly needs to understand the wider NHS crisis! Park House do their absolute best within the financial restrictions and provison shortages that have increased over the past decade, so please stop comparing them to GP services over 15+ years ago.. times have really changed unfortunately!

Park House Surgery, as far as Doctors' Offices go, is stella. There's seats, so you can sit down, if you want to. There's like, a crazy contraption of interconnected wires that you can move blocks around? Its enjoyable but usually there's little sick children coughing all over it, and you have to answer their riddles to make use of their gift. They call themselves the Ten Twins and the answer is Round and Round FYI. Anyway, if you're going to get vaxx'd up then this is a decent place to do it, but if you wanna hang out with the bros, knocking back some cans and watching the waves come in, and you don't mind answering a few riddles or coughing up a few gold coins, then this is THE PLACE in Prestatyn, for doing that

By far the worst doctors surgery I?ve ever been registered with. Dr Shori who had never even seen me or even spoke to me via telephone suddenly refused to sign off on my medications so I could collect them in the community a few months after he had been doing just that, despite multiple conversations with my consultant psychiatrist and CPN meaning my medication has to be dispensed from the hospital pharmacy and I can not get there due to my health issues. I am now having to go without my medication until I can register at a new doctors. When asking for copies of my repeat medication to give the new doctors they twice gave me the wrong list of medications I wasn?t on and one I hadn?t been on for over a year. A line was forming and this was going to take time to resolve. I autism and I did began pacing due to the autism and anxiety and also I was off my medication for 2 days at this point. I was then told by a women with thin scraggly black hair to leave the premises or they would call the police. I don?t know what I was more insulted by that or the state of her eyeliner probably the eyeliner if I?m honest. I obviously left after being threatening with police involvement (what a waste of much stretched police resources) without receiving a copy of my current repeat medication which has now made signing on to a new doctors slightly harder and will likely take longer as they will have to ask for the information I could of just been given. Disgusting treatment avoid at all costs. UPDATE EDIT: On this despicable excuse for a surgery and the Doctor ?Dr Shori? I gave in a form to reception from the criminal injuries compensation authority as I was the victim of a serious assault and it was no more than 2 pages of simple ?yes/no? questions and I heard nothing regarding my claim and last week I received a letter from the CICA saying if I didn?t hand in the relevant form within 30 days they would cancel my claim. I handed it in to reception to give to ?Dr Shori? over three months ago and he never bothered to fill it in and sending it back. I specifically remember asking how long it would take to return the form at reception they said 2 weeks max and I took their word and left it at that, now I receive this letter. I have since had to ring the CICA and explain the situation and get a new form with my new doctors address on it and have handed it in to them to complete. Thank you ?Dr Shori? for pushing my claim for compensation back by over three months. I have PTSD from the assault and dealing with the claim is very triggering. I just want to receive what I?m entitled to and have it over as quickly as possible but thanks to you it has been delayed by over three months.

I have been with Park House for many years and would never think of going anywhere else.Receptionists, nursing staff and doctors are excellent. When I hear people saying what a nightmare they have at their own surgeries it really makes me appreciate being with Park House.
