Used to be great but it's awful now, short staffed but happy to stand around joking and laughing whilst people are queuing out the door waiting for medicine. Snappy blond lady on front desk is not great to deal with, really gone downhill over the last 6 months...

Very poor service. Booked online for a blood test. Arrived to be told they didn?t know I?d booked even though I?d had a reminder on the day. Was told I?d have to rebook because they were short staffed. A 30 mile round trip wasted.

Rude staff, absolutely ignorant beyond belief. Why bother getting up in the morning if all you are going to do is snap at customers when they ask a very simple question. Customer service is a front desk job, if you don't like your job then QUIT and do us all a favour.

Told to phone them and all day I rang only to get line busy, finally it rang out for ages then cut off, so I called again this time someone picked up the phone and put it straight back down.... Yes its engaged or so called busy again.... I'd hazard a guess it's been unplugged or left off the hook.... As a disabled person who has to take meds STRICTLY EVERYDAY WITHOUT FAIL.... what are we supposed to do ANYBODY?

Went to collect prescription for my wife and was told they had not had it from doctors surgery and to ring them to ask where it was. Contacted the surgery who confirmed they received it on the Thursday 4th and sent to Lloyd's on the Friday 5th. Why it was not at Lloyd's when I went on the 8th is a mystery to me any suggestions apart from use another pharmacy?Returned on Tuesday and told prescription not at pharmacy. I explained that I had been in on Monday and had contacted the surgery,they confirmed the prescription was sent on Friday . I was told they only received it on Monday funny as they told me two minutes earlier they did not have it. Walked out went to surgery and confirmed they sent it Friday, went back to pharmacy totally ignored by staff [ that gentleman is back for his wife's prescription] . Two minutes later the prescription was dispensed wonder of wonders. Yes we will be using Rowlands in future. Waiting from a call back from head office customer services.

Arrived today at 4.52 pm to collect medication for a vulnerable old person. Prestatyn Surgery advised to collect the medication as late as poss due to a busy day. On arrival at the pharmacy I found the door locked and staff inside doing their best to avoid eye contact despite me knocking on the door. Several other desperate people arrived and also knocked on the door. One of the staff came out at 5.01pm to say they are shut now...apparently they close at 5pm and not at 5.30 as stated on their website. A young couple with tiny tots and an elerly couple were in despair and explained that they arrived before 5pm. The girl just turned around and locked the door in their faces... Horrendous attitude to a job serving the desperate at this difficult time... Shame on you Lloyds...

Always a queue, assistants in no rush to the point of moving like snails, they walk away and dont tell you what is happening so your left just standing there wondering whats going on. Unhelpful.

I WILL NEVER USE Lloyds Pharmacy ever again let me down with my Tablets etc , went across the road to Rowlands , very help full sorted me out in 30 mins .
