Visited the store today whilst on holiday! Staff were rude and ignorant! 3 staff members at tills but only one was serving whilst one of the others were chatting to same customer 1st staff member was serving whilst the 3rd was stood doing absolutely nothing just looking at us stood waiting in queue for 15 mins!

My son had a gift card to spend in store...Spent an hour choosing then was told at the till we couldn't use the card in store...only on line. I explained the card stated it could be used in store but they refused to accept it.Left empty handed. Waisted fuel too going there and back.Went to JD Llandudno today and spoke with the Manager who was very happy to accept it!!Staff training needed in Prestatyn store.

Downside, extremely rude male member of staff serving in an aggressive and bullying manner with lots of sarcasm, then tried to stare and scare me, the customer Now the upside refused to continue to be served by him and manager was fantastic and helpful. Formal complain logged and won't be returning but grateful for the manager and her companion who helped remove the bully.

Good range of clothes but sizes are a joke. Nothing above XL1 in the expensive range. Like north face tracky pants yes jackets no. Why? The population is larger than ever and your range is not.
