Insoles were shocking quality and unusable after first use but refused a refund or a replacement even though I provided evidence , if they can?t even send a replacement for a £3 item they clearly don?t care about customer satisfaction whatsoever

I didn't end up keeping the boots I ordered (they were great but the colour wasn't right for me) but I managed to post them back to the wrong company (don't ask). Customer service was excellent and patient while I tried to locate them. Will definitely come back again when I next need shoes!

I ordered some Skechers and was so delighted with my order. This is my second time ordering from their website, the Skechers arrived really quickly and are SO comfy. I love that they came with a little note from the shop and also some custom Elevate your Sole sweets which was a lovely touch. The Skechers were also cheaper than the actual Skechers website which was amazing. I will definitely be buying from there again

Branded shoes at very reasonable prices with excellent customer service. The online store is clear and easy to use and if there's any problems (such as postal strikes), they are instantly in contact to confirm whether you wish to proceed, make changes etc.
