My partner is a fussy eater and trying to get her to try a new Indian is a nightmare (it's usually left). We ordered a delivery and the food really was amazing. Manager was helpful regarding ordering etc, would recommend.

Ordered a meal on line, payment taken, waited for 15 mins before getting a message that my order was cancelled. I now wait 5 days for a refund that took 5 seconds to take.
Unacceptable from a customer point of view, will not be ordering again.

Haven?t used Bangla Fusion for many years. Back in the area so thought I would give it a try. Walked in last night and ordered a takeaway. Friendly staff. Order took about 15 mins to cook. Food was amazing. Good portion sizes. Good quality ingredients, nicely spiced and the right amount of heat. Chicken phal was amazing. Wife loved her chicken korma. Will certainly be returning soon.

Greasy food, bland taste, very poor service payment issues. The food is not great and very greasy. We ordered online and it wasn't ready when we collected after an hour. They claimed payment hadn't gone through but we evidenced it had despite this they denied they had received the order. Fat better places locally. Avoid.

Bit disappointed this time, not the usual standard and took 2 hours to deliver. Consequently the food was only lukewarm.

Checked on Web site that you where open till eleven this evening 22/10/24 turned up at 22.30 and all closed up that's not good for business not a happy chappy.....

If you're staying at Presthaven I would highly recommend this place.
Great value for money, very friendly delivery driver / cook.
They will happily deliver to the site but you must meet them at the main gates.
Even though they are 15 - 20 minutes drive away from Presthaven the food was delivered piping hot.
Loads of meat in the curry and very tasty.
I will definitely be ordering again from this place when I next visit Presthaven.
