This was an amazing food experience & surpassed our expectations! From the time we arrived to when we left the service was superb! Fabulous food & a wonderful Front Row table! The attention to detail was incredible throughout! The DJ & his music just set the tone! Gareth & his fabulous team made our unique dining experience & stay extremely enjoyable & we will be back! We would just like to say a special thanks to Ava, Rory & Andy!

Amazing food first I thought 29 courses is too much but then I just didn't want it to end the duck was soo perfect everydish is a 10/10 and the service is also the best the staf is very knowledgeable about their work and were very friendly and informative especially I forgot the name but he was a master of wine please give him a raise such a good guy

Goodness me!! These guys use super ingredients and do not skimp on things that matter. The cooking was top-notch and a fun and exciting combination of Asian flavours.
Our servers were wonderful - The female chef from London, who recently joined the team was a particular standout - thanks for a fun chat and hope you find that cookbook!!
The winelist is extensive and great to see most of it being available by the glass.
Finally, to whoever cooked the eggs for breakfast muffin- I have not had one done perfectly in a while- thank you!!
In all, I'd return in a heartbeat and thinking about the quality and quantity of the ingredients, pretty good value too.

I didn't stay at the hotel but the food was an absolute fantastic experience. If you love you love fancy food this is fancy and them some without the heirs and graces.

Thank you to every member of your team Gareth, stand out service and even more the stand out food and atmosphere. There are not enough adjectives to describe the assault on your senses. Fresh and individual/rarely used ingredients prepared and served by people with a passion for enjoying and sharing their craft. Fusion cuisine, individual wines rarely experienced anywhere else.
