An Absolutely Perfect Sunday Roast! ?????
We had a truly wonderful experience enjoying the Lamb Sunday roast, and honestly, every single element was perfection. The lamb was cooked beautifully, and all the vegetables were done to perfection. The Yorkshire puddings were magnificent and full of flavor, as were the roast potatoes, crispy on the outside and fluffy within.
Beyond the incredible food, the staff were amazing ? so friendly and attentive, making it a genuinely family-friendly atmosphere. We felt so welcome and comfortable.
This is undoubtedly one of the best Sunday roasts we've had. Highly, highly recommend!

Staff are so friendly and a nice welcoming atmosphere. The food is superb ?one of the best double cheeseburgers with fried onions and onion rings have had for a long time , highly recommend.

Nice staff, shame about the food, we went for a Sunday Roast. The vegetarian offering was frozen Richmond sausages! I?m told the Beef was tough and gristly, the chicken ok apparently . The carrots were hard, the green beans squeaky, cauliflower cheese tasted of smoke, the broccoli and red cabbage were nice. The Yorkshire pudding was stone cold and one of us had a roast potato so hard that it was inedible. The staff were lovely and very apologetic and offered us 10% off but didn?t make up for the poor quality in general!

Had a lovely Sunday dinner with my wife and sister last week. The pub is now owned by new folk who are out to please and make this the best pub in the village. The food was great with really fresh veg. and large slices of perfectly cooked beef and chicken, with Yorkshire pud, perfect roast potatos and lots of rich gravy. Service was very attentive, getting us extra drinks as needed. We will definately be back.

Whilst staying local on holiday we decided to visit, staff were friendly, comfortable surroundings and good food.
If ever in the area again we would happily revisit.

Had a lovely Sunday roast here recently! Was somewhat recently taken over by a local family. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a nice atmosphere. We?ll be visiting again
