Guy serving is so friendly and helpful and really made my experience in visiting this place fun ! He was so happy and was helpful in helping me get a good deal on my drink. Good employee u got there ! Also the opening hours are very useful on a Sunday night and selling the bits of food u need

Stopped to put air in tyres with my wife and niece yesterday morning. Needed assistance. The attendant on duty was so helpful. He came out help us in between customers then came out again and checked all air pressures were correct. He would not accept any money. Just want to send him our thanks.

Do not wash your car here!!I wanted to use the car wash, went in got change for it, went outside put 2 x £1 coins in as thats what the machine says! I wanted an extra 2 minutes so I added another £1 all great and good 6 minutes on the screen.The car wash is missing an end nozzle on the pressure water jet gun its also rusted to hell! Thats not the end of it. Sprayed the car with the pressure jet gun, switched to foam brush holy moly I dont think nothing but water is sprayed out. I got the lady behind the counter to take a look, she ignored the foam brush problem, I asked for a refund she demanded ?its not possible to add another coin after you can only do 4 minutes which is two pound and thats all?Can whoever works here show the girl it is possible by adding another 1£ coin. She still refused to refund me. After demanding she gave over the money, took my numberplate and number said she would share it with the manager.I must be stupid to not see 6 minutes on the screen and a worker to tell me its not possible to have this.This place has gone downhill clearly not cared for just go to the carwash behind wilko?s much worth the price. Hopefully the owner will see this and understand how bad their carwash has gone.

Eccles cakes! Lucky to get some. Sausage rolls and coffees. It's the only place I am able to top milk in coffee to my liking

Went with family for lunch, 2 baguettes which were fine an average sausage egg and chips , a poor child?s chicken nuggets and chips and an inedible roast beef dinner! Contacted the restaurant ho haven?t even replied, first roast sent. Back as it was cold second was hot but inedible!

This place is excellent great food great value and proper dog friendly Went for Sunday lunch last weekend the place was busy but we only waited 5 mins for a table Overseen by the owner? (The man in the pink shirt) who encouraged his young team to provide first rate service. Like an orchestra conductor he directed from the front 2 Great roasts ( one beef one turkey) plenty of meat and all the trimmings incl Yorkshires with the turkey. And its really is dog friendly .....not like some places where you can sit in a cold garden outside with your dog . Here you sit in with your dog...Our large golden retriever didn't quite fit under the table but no problem the staff just walked round the bit that stuck out Next time we are in Porthmadog we will eat here again Highly recommended

I was undertaking a (cold) house move in Feb 2023 and found myself needing to find a cooked breakfast in Porthmadog, on a mid-week morning. I was very glad to stumble upon the Port Cafe which seemed to be the only place open for sit down breakfast at that time of year. Just got in in time before they stopped serving breakfast that morning. Had an absolutely fab cooked breakfast with lots of different items, the fresh and delicious black pudding being a highlight. Breakfast also served with toast and butter. I also had a very good hot chocolate. Friendly service as well. Still grateful for the meal all these months later as I was drained with all the move work and the food perked me up no end!

We visited as a family on holiday, looking for a good Sunday Lunch and found ourselves in this surprisingly big cafe/restaurant. It was busy yet the tables were nicely spaced out and the establishment was clean and tidy. We each ordered a roast dinner and some drinks, and we weren?t disappointed by size. There was plenty of food and I was pleasantly surprised by the addition of cauliflower cheese to the dish, which I haven?t had for quite some time and it was delicious. The one critique I had with the meal is that the beef was a bit dry, possibly over-cooked and just a bit hard to eat. But the rest of the meal I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I also had a glimpse of other tables? food coming out and I must admit the burgers looked phenomenal. We will remember this as a good spot for lunch when we visit again in the future. I would definitely recommend.

Our first visit after walking past many times over the years it?s always looked busy and now I can see why . We ate breakfast here Saturday morning . Very efficient staff and lots of staff to help . It was a lovely breakfast and very reasonable. Look forward to eating there again .

It doesn?t look like much from the outside - a proper cafe, but we?ve had breakfast here a few times and it?s been great. Good service and prices, dog friendly too
