Brilliant service went in for broken screen on s23 ultra. Turns out motherboard was broken. Replaced that too with no extra cost. Phone works exactly as it should

Went in to repair my phone screen, they told me it would take 2 hours, they need my phone pin number and i was not allowed to wait in store ?. Very sketchy if you ask me. Had my phone repaired in Pontypridd (Mobile masters) Only took 30min, and they never needed my pin?

Don't accept what they say in shop get a second opinion. Told me I needed a new screen £270. Phone started working next morning.
