“We visited Black Rock Sands on Thursday 7th August for one night. We saw the location and instantly knew it would be Our cup of tea! The campsite is lovely, very clean and plenty of space to pitch up! We took our 7m van and had a lovely pitch. The beach is a short few minute walk and is Absolutely breathtaking! The people seemed lovely and when we arrived we assumed our things would be safe and people would be respectful. The next morning it was my birthday and was lovely to wake up near the sea. Unfortunately it wasn’t a great start to the day though. I went for a shower and my favourite ever jumper was stolen. It was hanging on the shower door and whilst I was drying my hair someone took it! It couldn’t be mistaken, it was bright rainbow colours of pinks and purples, a woven old hippy jumper. That I wore around the campsite the entire time! Whoever took it knew it was mine. It was given to me by my late Nan and had such sentimental value. Despite speaking with reception and pleading with them to try and locate it. We haven’t heard anything back! It is such a shame that such a nice campsite and location was tarnished by people who can’t do the right thing and hand in found items. But it we don’t blame the site for this. We would return here, it hasn’t put us off but just a warning to other campers using the shower blocks and when leaving your pitch to keep your valuables close and secure. Thank you for having us.”

“We were visitors to Tremadog and welcomed on our arrival and ordered two Sunday roasts.

The food was quickly delivered, hot and plentiful and with fresh veg. It was delicious.

The service throughout was attentive and courteous with a great deal of love towards our old collie.

Thank you very much”

“Great food and service. We have actually gone there for dinner two nights in a row. We have tried the lasagne, pepperoni pizza, halloumi fries. Then the second time we had curry of the day and one of the burgers along with a size of the cheesy garlic bread. The food was fantastic. The service was also very good. Staff that seem happy and like working there. Very good vibe and clean establishment.”

“A nice stay, it's a very clean and modern hotel. TV worked well and any problems were solved quickly.Be aware that it does back onto a haulage yard which means that with the window open it can be noisy early in the morning but other than that fine. Also if you are staying the cafe Break times is a 2 min walk away and gave us the best breakfast we've had in a long time.Food & drinks: No cooked breakfast available”
