What a dreadful shop and collection of social outcasts working there, no customer service skills what so ever! Best odds are never given, does the monetory difference go on the staff holiday fund, I'm sure it does.I was refused from behind the counter a price for my selection and told go and get your own from the screen, I'm on crutches andovement is very difficult.I'd recommend to any punter, travel a little further and visit a very friendly William Hill in Canaerfon.Avoid like the plague, the staff cannot be trusted with your money.
