Very busy, comes with the territory I guess, probably victims of their own success.Fortunately they do have some frames at reasonable cost. Compared to the smaller independent shops they are more than competitive on price.

I would like to thank two members of staff for providing such an exceptional experience at Porthcawl specsavers.I am a glasses wearer, I have been for a number of years, and I have been intrigued to start wearing contact lenses.On arrival to my appointment, I was greeted by Ellie, who presented herself with a friendly but professional manner and a smile on her face. She then sat me down, asked a few questions and run through what was going to happen next.We then went into an office, where Ellie also did my teach for using contact lenses. I struggled at first to get used to it, but Ellie remained patient and made me feel comfortable. I began to get frustrated with my own inability to put in the contacts, but Ellies comical sense of humour and relatable stories made it difficult to remain frustrated. I did not feel at all rushed, and very soon after, I was able to put the contacts in and out confidently. She answered all questions confidently and efficiently.I was then seen by Tawana, who did the following checks once my contacts were in.Tawana once again provided exceptional customer service, great knowledge and answered all questions I had.Thank you to both Ellie and Tawana for such a great experience at specsavers Porthcawl.I sincerely hope these two members of staff get the recognition for providing me with such a positive experience, not only to myself, but undoubtedbly other specsavers customers too. They deserve it.

It is ok to talk about the people and service at Specsavers but the most important thing today is price.I had to take a second mortgage to pay for my new lenses, the frames were my own. The was no attention paid to the condition of the frames.ps dont be fooled by the frame prices, they will make the price as they go along.pps new carpet for porthcal shop

Thankyou to the manager & staff who have been very supportive of me through the multiple glasses I have had issues with & exchanges to other models over the last year.Today being one of those days.I have minused a point based on the quality in my view of the glasses I have owned.

I've used Specsavers in Porthcawl for many years since I moved to the area. Staff have always been helpful and this week has been no different. Three ladies in particular were marvelous (my optician with red hair, a new lady training and a very young lady who ordered my lenses this morning). I'm very happy with my new contact lenses and can't wait to ride my motorcycle without glasses.

I had posted a review as hadn?t been happy with the customer service . I had a call today from a lady called Louise who wanted to rectify any issues I had experienced . After speaking to Louise I have removed my previous review as she was apologetic and very helpful . Happy customer again ??
