There is actually no wonder that bank branches are closing down in the thousands when branches like this are so unhelpful in person.Pointing everything towards electronic, you are now unable to access your own money even with your card, your drivers license and passport.There is no consistency in procedure at this branch itself and in the grand scheme of things, this is why banking world are doing themselves out of physical jobs!In a nutshell, don?t forget your blood type if you ever want to make a successful transaction at this branch and even then, they probably won?t be able to help you. Oh and allocate yourself an hour out of your day per visit!And please be reminded once 15.00 comes they are out of there! Apparently their systems miraculously just close off dead on 15.00 no matter what the issue is.

My mam wanted to add a second person to her account to make it a joint account. Three and a half months, a dozen staff and two complaints later, it was done.
