“Its quite a small shop but they fit quite a bit in so it's definitely for picking up items such a newspaper and pint of milk or sweets there's other food there in the fridge and a small freezer with food in and behind the cigarette counter they sell disposal vape elf bars so it's a really handy shop seeing it's so close to me”

“Always open till late very good selection of things there and very nice staff and clean. During the day they have hot burgers in a bun and other things as well and you can get a hot drink from the coffee machine.”

“FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE MANAGER. I would like to share a review based on my visit today. I went to the CO OP new road store and found a deal in the fridge section for two pizzas and a tub of Ben and Jerry's for £5 I thought it would be a lovely treat for the family so decided to pick two pizzas and put them in my basket. I then went over to the freezer and found there was no ice cream of any sort there. I asked a member of staff stacking shelves if she would be able to tell me where I could find some incase I missed an alternative isle but she explained there was no ben and Jerry's available whatsoever as the freezer had packed in and I'd have to wait a week or so in order to get the deal. Not really bothered by this.... I went to the til to pay for my items and the guy (who was of a young age with brown blondie hair) said 'youd be much better getting a tub of ben and Jerry's with these pizzas itll be cheaper for you. I explained what the previous member of staff had stated to which he said ' I'll happily go to the back of the shop in our store room and get some for you if youd like, what's your preferred flavour? ' he came back with the flavour I wanted and saved me £2 odd on my items. The effort he made really represented the store so well it didn't go unrecognised, he's a credit to both the store and his work force and this guy really deserves a pay rise for the way he treated me today. He was respectful, had a smile on his face from start to finish and the customer journey was one I can say I haven't received in any other store I've visited in a long time.”

“Tom and his family welcomed me as Thier own and I especially owe them. Say whatever you want about the prices (the staff don't control them!!!). The shop is run extraordinary well and the upper management has a lot of time for people. Tom - I will make an effort to pay you back someday (although it's quite impossible). If you have a problem and ask for the management I personally can guarantee that they WILL do Thier best to help you. -An ex employee. Before you review please note this - the staff cannot control everything but do Thier best- you can't ask for more than that can you???? I cannot publically say how far tom and his family went for me. Rest assured they care.”
