Really disappointed with my Valentines day flowers. This is the second time my fiance bought flowers from here. 2020 they turned up wilted. Yesterday's was delivered looking completely different to what is shown on the website. I emailed Gutteridges to complain and expected them to say they had delivered the wrong flowers but i was told that it states on their website that if they run out of stock they can use other flowers. You shouldn't be advertising them available if they not!! However they did refund my fiance the full amount.

I cannot recommend Alison at Gutteridges enough. She was so understanding regarding flowers for my Mum?s wicker coffin. I was quite specific about my idea and what she did far exceeded my expectations. The price was good too. Even the undertaker commented that they were beautiful. Thank you Gutteridges for such a lovely tribute. You made the day super perfect.

After watching this florist on Rhod Gilbert I thought I?d order local for a change to support a small business as the bouquets on the show looked amazing. The flowers are very fresh, no wilting and they were presented beautifully, delivered on time etc, my mum is delighted with them.However? what I ordered and what my mum received was very different, I expected some difference but not a completely different bouquet , only one rose in the bunch, orange and yellow flowers in a bouquet that was supposed to be red and white. I have no qualms about it being a lovely and good quality bouquet, it is! it?s just really not a ?Christmas? bouquet, it?s more a spring or summer bouquet with red carnations added.

today I order a baby girl birth flowers from cumbria to be delivered in North Cornelly and they arrived amazingly quickly...they were also stunning! I can't rate the service high enough and as an x florist I'm fussy lol....totally fabulous bouquet

Very professional, efficient and reponsive giving us confidence during these unpredictable times that the flowers were in hand despite us not knowing if our wedding could even take place. Was a great weight off our shoulders. The flowers were beautiful and very well presented. We couldn't have asked for more. All in all, would highly recommend.
