Absolutely appalling! Toilets were an absolute disgrace! Foul smelling urine covered toilet no toilet roll ! All floors in toilet and seating areas looked like a dirty mop had been used with all stains and water marks . Staff just standing around talking when there was obviously things that they could?ve been doing to improve the cleanliness of the place !

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I love KFC, but this branch will give you food poisoning. Ordered via just eat and it came quickly, however some of the chicken was undercooked, the chips were cold, and some more of the chicken had clearly been under a heat lamp for several hours. I didn't notice this until biting into a piece and finding it dried out inside and almost stone cold. I am very ill with food poisoning and I will be contacting the RCT health inspector to check this branch out.

Arrived at KFC Porth restaurant very quiet all tables were filthy and floors there same. I went up to the counter and picked up the cleaning spray and cloth and cleaned myself a table.
The staff looked at me when I took the cleaning spray & cloth back but still didn't take the hint and clean the restaurant.
Where is environmental health when you need them.
Staff should be cleaning up not standing around chatting .

Portions are less then half of the normal. In picture is showing something but when you get it, is less then half.. toilets were horrible... don't eat there !

The new dirty fries are great and the burger is fantastic. Great speed of service and helpful and polite staff. I wasn't sure what to order and the staff were only to happy to help me by going through the menu and giving me suggestions. Great experience thank you kfc porth.

Had a box meal, which was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were pleasant,polite and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy,I will definitely be returning again.
