Scam and cheating by this estate agent is normal. Please never ever select these people. They will never give you proper response but instead they will be very rude and showing attitude towards us. The staffs are horrible, they will hang up our call even if we are trying to inform any issues. Please never get cheated by them. Don?t go near to them.

Very bad experience from this estate agent. Never ever go to this estate agent because they will scam you. I lived their property with mould and dirt. When we moved in we rectified these problems. But they didn't dare to clean or do the proper maintenance for that. We had lots of issues from that property but they didn't reduce the rental amount instead they increased the rental amount for that property. After shifting from that property I asked for the bond back and they claimed £60 from the bond initially ,for cleaning the oven,which was dirty already before we moved into this property. And later £230 for some other issues. All the problems are making up by themselves. We asked for landlord's details so that we could ask them. But they didn't.
The staffs are very rude to me when I rang. No proper communication from them.
Please never go to them. Or They will scam you with their influence.

Awful experience. Would never trust this company, dodgy stuff going on behind closed doors. Incredibly rude staff also, they?ll take your money and give nothing back!

Worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Lived with horrific damp and mould throughout property. Took over 10 months from the time I reported the issue for anything to be done and it came back within a week. Very slow solving any problems and you have to keep chasing them. Unprofessional staff - tried to increase rent on landlords behalf despite our landlord stating he didn?t want it increased. Lied to the landlord stating the mould and damp had been sorted when it hadn?t. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely awful company to be renting off! Rented off them for over 2 years in a certain property have asked multiple times for fixtures to be done. Nothing houses full of damp and mould, bathroom ceiling falling down there?s NO consideration that there?s young children living here. The way they treat you is absolutely disgusting. Doesn?t Own up to their mistakes and puts blame on tenants. Would never recommend to anyone. The only way I can describe them is cow boy builders.
