The lady who is in charge today 12/8/23 was very respectful and very rude if I was a manager I wouldn?t hesitate to sack her as I picked up a boot to look at on shelf before I bought and her attitude was disgusting as I touched the boots I should really get appology

Service always excellent feel for the staff .. why don't people order the items needed online instead of holding up a queue for 1/2hr while he tries to explain a fixing he requires .. the poor girl goes and searches for 10mins brings back several items and he then says * I wanted 10mm not 12mm " bring back CLICK AND COLLECT .
