Writing for a friend? Just need to share my experiences at Pets at home shop Port Talbot this morning. I visited to the store to get some advice on what I needed to use on my dog who was scratching and I had noticed some fleas. I approached a older female assistant and asked for help with this.. I was told very rudely that it was not the dog but my home which upset me very much in the way that it was said. Another male member of staff came over and asked me what I was doing as I was looking through the products and I said I was looking for a shampoo for my dog and he said very arrogant that I need to treat my HOUSE . Was extremely upset by the way I was spoken too, I understand that I need to by products for the dog and also bedding etc BUT I don?t think that the way I was spoken to was appropriate.or necessary. I just think that you need to teach your staff how to speak to customers!! Coming across as rude & arrogant doesn?t encourage people to return to your store.
