Absolutely disgusting Agency. Rude staff( trying to shut up tenants), no updates, ignored reports, and the most important no clue what they are doing and not proper educated. They don't care about Health&Safety e.g. not leveled patio slabs, chipping paint off radiators(choke hazard), mould - small kids involved.PJC think they are good, but they don't mind getting involved with dodgy landlords and obviously they don't care about HHSRS so they also don't mind paying out compensation due to a health problems caused by a black mould instead of doing repairs

Sadly I had an offer accepted by the vendor and told the property would be taken off the market.However instead of viewings being cancelled or other potential buyers being informed property was sold, I have subsequently been gazumped by another purchaser (unsure why the person would not be told that an offer had been accepted).Poor practice in my opinion.

Really good so far. Reliable, well informed and politely professional at all times. I viewed a lot of very similar houses with these and some others and opted for a PJC one partly because I found PJC far easier to deal with than others. They also put me in touch with my mortgage advisor Rachel who is clearly wonderwoman in disguise.

Went to view property, put in the full asking price. I was told I was the first person to put the full offer on. I waited for several days and had no response from estate agents to confirm if my offer had been accepted or not. After several phone calls, I was told there was a couple before me, and if I would like to make higher offer, but there was no couple before me that put an offer, as I was the first one. Don't appreciate being messed about, very unfair practice, very unprofessional practice. I am very disappointed that people like this can carry on operating without any consequences. It's manipulative and cruel!

Rented through Payton Jewell Caines for nearly 5 years. Really friendly staff and no problem is ever a problem. Would rent with them again if I hadn't purchased my first home.
