Stopped here late for food as it advertises 24hr but was told by staff that they don't open until 3am.

Okay so me and my husband were being very greedy and decided to order a cheeky Macdonald's breakfast. Delivery wasn't too long, shoutout to uber eats, but what happened after was horrendous. My food was actually quite scrumptious, but my husband made a complaint about his. We devour the food and a couple hours later, he sprints to the bathroom and spews everywhere but the toilet, silly boy. I was scared and confused. The rest of the day he was complaining about how ill he felt. It was only a day later we discovered he has food poisoning. Is this what Port Talbot has come to? Positioning innocent little boys. Disgraceful, my father will be hearing about this. Consider this a warning.

I?m a delivery driver, and this McDonald?s has the worst service for drivers. I waited nearly an hour for my order, even though the food was ready and sitting right in front of me. Nobody was packing it or handing it over. Staff ignored drivers, and there was no sense of urgency. If you?re a delivery driver, avoid this location?it?s a complete waste of time. Management needs to step up and organize the process better.

Always forgetting stuff from orders, only issuing refunds instead of just simply delivering one. Pick KFC over Mcdonald's if you're having food delivered.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food and there was only 3 people waiting inside for food staff was dancing in the prep area . tonight I get when your not busy but come on guys be professional at least.

Not even going to rate it young teen running about inside. And fighting in door way. Can't park to get disabled daughter out the car. Had to wait for food that was cold. And finally got a milks shake but had melted terrible place do not go

Local but not always the best. Delivery drivers always taking over the collection counter, food is ok but sometimes a very long wait. Most of the staff are fabulous and polite. Wait times can vary to 25 mins if you go into restaurant to collect

Great food only draw back if they really busy and your in drive though you may but rarely have to park up and they bring your food to your car. Thus usrare but can be annoying if your in a rush.
