Queue took too long to order drinks or food. Aside from this the staff were friendly, the food was lovely and the venue was accommodating to our large booking.

Where do i start, Tia was awesome, she was funny, happy lady, great conversation and professional all in one. The food was amazing, we were a party of 5 and had different meals. Nothing was too much. We had desserts which were stunning too.
Deco was great and the pub was clean and tidy. Varitt of meals on the menu to choose from. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Took some family members out for Lunch to celebrate my dad's birthday. The food was good as always. Service was great. We wanted to put some balloons and birthday banners up and the staff were really helpful and nice. Brought the cake out with enthusiasm. It really helped to make my dad's birthday lunch special. Margam Deer is a lovely little spot for any occasion.

It was awful. Ordered via the table QR code, drinks didn't arrive so after 20 minutes we asked and were told the QR system didn't work on drinks. We then waited 1 hour for our food to come out. Asked several times where it was and were told there was only 1 chef on. No communication about these issues when we arrived. When the food did arrive, it was dry, shriveled, wrong and items were missing off the plate. Appalling service.

Visited Sunday 16.02.25, enjoyed a lovely carvery lunch with Gluten Free pigs in blankets and Gluten Free Gravy ? my wife had Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas, one of her favourites ? staff were busy, but so friendly and helpful dealing with our requests.?
Dietary restrictions: I need Gluten-free, there's an NGCI Menu (Non Gluten Containing Ingredients), so love eating here. ??
Kid-friendliness: Yes, there's internal and external areas, not very large, but better than nothing at all.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, all at ground floor level with paved ramped access, plus toilet.

Went for cavery nearly all veg was luke warm and gravy was like dishwater meat was very dry and only one slice of each ..would go again if you payed me. staff seemed disinterested unless they knew you then you got extra everything

Ordered 2 steaks, both of which were mainly fat and grissle, I understand that is not the pubs fault what the cuts are like, but saying that meat quality does go a long way! majority of both steaks were left, garlic bread was terribly dry and tasteless. Waited 15 mins to be served at the bar which was not the barmaids fault as it seemed she was the only one serving, as well as one waitress serving! Staff were lovely but clearly more staff was needed at front of house. Good parking and a good family atmosphere! Has the potential to be a really good pub with a few improvements.

Food was next to nothing. No1 greated us on entry to show us our tables and food took forever to come then came in wrong order. I was given my dessert 1st ?????
