Everyone looked like they were having a bad day. Food was as you'd expect but it's not cheap anymore.

I bought a mighty bucket meal here, upon getting it home I discovered that every single piece of original recipe chicken was a drumstick and the side orders of corn on the cob were missing.
We don't like the drumsticks so most of the meal went in the bin, what was left of it was greasy, cold and disgusting.
The people serving are disinterested and bordering on hostile, the restaurant itself is usually filthy with bins overflowing and tables littered with food wrappers, floor coated with food debris.
When you look through the drivethrough hatch you can see how appallingly filthy the kitchen is.
I complained to them, they gave me a £10 voucher which I will not be using. I am surprised that food safety haven't closed this place down.

I drove into the drive through no one answered me I then had the drive to the window to get served no one had a head set on they served me from the window I ordered a box meal they didn?t give me my drink I had to leave before I lost my cool and not even ask for my drink as I felt they didn?t want to serve me I don?t think I will ever return my son has this as a treat every Friday but not anymore after this experience

Waited ages in the drive for my food and the worst service. The girl taking orders on the mic couldn't be bothered at all. No please or thank you off anyone. To be handed the worst rice box I've seen but I'd driven miles home so pointless going back.

Wrong order using drive through, the woman was totally preoccupied when I ordered, so ended up with something I didn't want, which also bumped the price up...also ordered a two piece chicken meal which contained 2 slimy drumsticks, absolutely vile and grossly overpriced

FINGER NAIL IN FOODTerrible service we were given the wrong order and only realised when we got home , when i called them i was told that the food i order couldn be wrong because they counted all the boneless chicken pieces and the numbers were correct and i couldnt possibly have chicken on the Bone . Well surprise every piece in the bucket was on the bone also wrong side orders as-well and was told theres nothing they could do about it unless i drive another 20 mins to return it ????To make matters 10 times worse we then discovered a FINGER NAIL ? in with the fries that they will no doubt deny but this will be reported to food standards agency as soon they open tomorrow .ill be Passing the store tomorrow so Ill drop the bones back in to them that was not supposed to be in my order . Shocking customer service to match their drive thru service . We Will not eat from here ever again .

Cold food. Chips soggy. Burger looked unappetising and throwing together.. chicken didn?t taste fresh at all. So disappointed.. food missing.. could be the delivery drivers fault.. didn?t finish the burger spat it out
