Wanted to sit in for breakfast at port talbot store as we were queueing me and my partner were ignored no communication from staff and serving other people who came in after us, I even asked a member asking If we were in right queue she assured us yes, after 10 minutes of queueing still we wasn't served we left, very rude and felt uncomfortable as though it was aimed at my sexuality as she tended to the older generation how very rude

I was really disappointed with the service at Jenkins Bakery. I went in to get myself a pasty and a Welsh cake while waiting for my partner. Since it was cold outside, I sat down in the bakery to enjoy my pastry. However, the lady who served me then told me that the sit-in charges were different from takeout, which only added to my disappointment. It would have been helpful if she had asked beforehand whether I wanted to sit in or take away. A little more attentiveness and customer care would have made a big difference. Sadly, this lack of basic courtesy left a negative impression.

I purchased jam donuts, fresh cream cakes buy one get one half price, bread and jam splits. The donuts were stale and ended up in the bin. The caramel custard cake was soggy and again was thrown away. The jam splits had jam in the middle of the cake the outer edges were plain. A very disappointed customer.
