I came to the store Tuesday to buy some oil for my car. I was waiting in the queue for around 15 minutes while a member was dealing with a customer in front of me. I wasn?t acknowledged, there were other members walking around ignoring the build up of the queue also. Customer service was awful. Ignorant and arrogant. Me and a few other customers ended up walking out without the items we needed. Definitely needs to be recognised and rectified

EXCELLENT SERVICE,TOLD ME TO COME BY 11.30 TO FIT MY DASHCAM AND IT WOULD BE FINISHED IN THE HOUR,WENT BACK AND IT WAS READY,MICHAEL THE FITTER WAS VERY HELPFULL AND PLEASANT CHAP,WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Bought a HR monitor belt to use with Garmin watch which worked well. Only complain was having to wait almost a week before the proposed collection date from local store. Even then no confirmation email received that the belt was ready to collect.

Found item i wanted took it to pay and price difference was £10 because they put item in wrong with wrong price, no apology and didn't honour the price and said I should have looked at tag to cross Match part numbers! Idiots with stinking attitude
