Ordered an americano and the lady asked if i wanted it black or with milk, i said pardon because i didnt hear her and she said back very rudely do you want it black! Or with milk!? Not very welcoming at all.
It was the girl with very dark roots and a blonde ponytail, with glasses. Also she didnt look very presentable as her hair was very dirty

Staff were friendly enough but my little ones hot chocolate was stone cold. Worse than that though was the cleanliness. The seats are stained and filthy. The floor wasn?t much better. I was afraid to touch anything and certainly didn?t want my toddler sat in anything so we didn?t even finish our drinks.

What?s up with the staff. They all audibly, consistently talk about how much they hate working there and dealing with customers. Plus the coffee sucks and the chairs are up hours before closing.
