Staff member was implying we stole a bottle of perfume yesterday when shopping for Christmas items. She had put it down on a shelf behind her and couldn?t see it, she asked if we had picked it up, we said no. She said she was calling security to check the cameras as we were the only other people in the aisle.
A different customer then pointed it out to her on the shelf , we received no apology from the member of staff in question for the mix up.
Then when we asked if we could smell an aftershave in the glass cabinet, she very rudely and abruptly said ?can?t you see I?m with another customer? and walked off.
We were taken aback and just left the store.
I can totally understand if she was helping somebody else and we?re happy to wait but there is a way to say it, but also after no apology for the mistake she made by putting a bottle of perfume down and not being able to see it and basically accusing us of taking it.
Awful, every time I come into this store there is an issue with one thing or another. I won?t be coming back here again.

They are absolutely fantastic from all the staff that work in the shop to all the delivery drivers that deliver my prescriptions kind, caring and nothing is ever a problem highly recommended 10 out of 10 ?

The pharmacist is exceptional. Always happy to help and really goes out of his way to satisfy a request. All staff in store are great. The ONLY downside I'd say with this store is it should be twice the size at least. The only decent beauty store in PT should be bigger.

Have found that the past few times I have been here to put in a script that you can stand at counter for a while and not one of the staff lookat you to acknowledge your there when I asked if someone is going to serve they said be with you now which was another 5mins staff in need of customer service training update.

Seeing the pharmacy actually open here is akin to seeing a unicorn and its been like this for LONG time. Pharmacy services are advertised at the standard 9-5 hours but this is simply not the case.

We needed to ask some advice. We went into the little room (provided for people who want to discuss in private) Pharmacist was absolutely outstanding. He brought up the said medication on his mobile. Then proceeded to discuss existing diagnosis and the benefits of taking Vitamin D and K2. He was 1000% fantastic. Thank you

No one was on the till as the young lady was filling up. However I asked if anyone was serving & was told someone would come shortly. I walked out!
