Clothing purchased, (3 packs), for elderly disabled relative. Upon opening first pack it was clear that they were smaller than Bonmarché's own brand product in the same size. The 2 unopened, sealed packs were returned for exchange within days, the Bonmarché website states that this is their policy as long as packs are still sealed. The manager(ess) was dismissive, aggressive and entirely lacking in customer services skills and empathy. She refused to exchange goods or refund, by this time the issue had escalated into a complaint, she turned her back and walked away mid-complaint. This woman needs her P45!Bridgend branch kindly exchanged the goods a few days later.

I just love your trousers.......wish I had bought two pairs....I have tried to get another pair from your online page but they didn't have the length I wanted...so I will have to make another trip to town.

i find the trousers are a little too wide ,wide legs don't suit short people.i am a 25 '' leg. otherwise the trousers are fine.

Quite a good store for women's clothes, often with reductions and sales on certain items. Some of the 'fancier' clothes can be fairly expensive but, on the whole, garments are reasonably priced. A good range of nightwear too.There are changing rooms and the staff are helpful.
