Clothing purchased, (3 packs), for elderly disabled relative. Upon opening first pack it was clear that they were smaller than Bonmarché's own brand product in the same size. The 2 unopened, sealed packs were returned for exchange within days, the Bonmarché website states that this is their policy as long as packs are still sealed. The manager(ess) was dismissive, aggressive and entirely lacking in customer services skills and empathy. She refused to exchange goods or refund, by this time the issue had escalated into a complaint, she turned her back and walked away mid-complaint. This woman needs her P45!Bridgend branch kindly exchanged the goods a few days later.
