Staff attitude, terrible. So rude and obnoxious and refused to return a faulty phone. Another time they refused to give me my order I had already paid for as I didn't 'look 25' for a aged 16 ps5 game! (I am nearly 30 btw, awful). Only giving 2 stars as some of the staff are extremely helpful, it's just a shame a handful of them let down the store.

Bought some soup bowls here on a good offer . The young man who served me was friendly and helpful . He was a credit to the shop . Good luck to him . I really wish I'd asked his name .

Awful shop! Staff are not exactly in the mood to help! Can see why people use Amazon these days as it's actually easier to deal with an automated service than with the dross they have working in store.

Called here with my daughter to look at mobile phones, a much larger selection of sim only phones than the other phone shops within the town centre.Also, we noticed a lot of items were cheaper here on offer or sale than Amazon currently has, I will be shopping around again rather than jumping online as some items were half the price here at Argos.

Really annoyed from the attitude and service provided by the staff at this argos! Pathetic representation of an establish British hight Street brand.Came in to buy a replacement Soda stream quick connect gas cylinder and exchange my empty bottle.After clearly showing them my bottle and purchasing a new one, I was very abruptly told that they don't do this for the quick connect (pink) bottles even though Soda Stream say they do and other argos stores do this.I was further annoyed by thier degrading and belittling remarks, of how the screw bottles are the same as the quick connect. They are not.I was made to feel as if i was making thier life differcult for asking for a refund, so I could take my buisness elsewhere.I tried to get further advice from Argos help desk online, no answer, over the phone hanged up on.Argos, train your staff and sack the bad ones. I will no longer be using your services and will be going out of my way to spread the news of how poor your customer service was.

Went to the Port Talbot store to return a coffee machine the arrogant male staff already looked at me when i enter the shop with a face like if i was a alien yes mr i am a French native from the south maybe thats was the problem and he defenetly wasnt like this with the young ladies he dealing with but when it was my turn to explain the return of the coffee maker i told him the color wasnt the same has the web site and he said no sorry you used the coffee machine and still warm, it wasnt but thats fine i dont have time for idiots like this and clearly got issue with people's who have a different color of a skin and he also call me mate since when we are mate get a life and a lot of peoples told me bad feedback about him. Resson why this store is dead with incompetent staff like this i am done with Argos defenetly go elsewhere.
