A simply vile establishment with staff that need serious training. Countless occasions they have missed vital medication from my repeat prescriptions despite me ticking the box to order all medications every single time. Each and every time they try to blame me for not ticking the boxes. Now, they have messed up my infant son's medication twice, firstly by losing the repeat prescription slip, and when asked to urgently put an order through again, upon the date they said i could collect it, they are now claiming they have no record of it at all and are putting full blame on the GP surgery (who have done everything correctly and therefore cannot help to put the pharmacies mistakes right). I was on the verge of tears explaining this to the woman who answered the phone, who near enough laughed at me and said its not her problem. I am simply in disbelief. Avoid this place at all costs!

Was away on Pre Christmas break and forgot my meds. After ringing the pharmacy, they urgently emailed the chemist near where I was staying and got sorted for me.

Also very helpful when picking up repeat meds.

Visited today. Only person waiting when I arrived. 5 people behind counter and not one person acknowledged I was waiting. Because I am polite I quietly waited however a customer eventually waiting behind me was very vocal about the lack of customer service. A great local facility however improvements need to be made.

This pharmacy needs significant improvement, customer service is awful with staff often flippant and unhelpful particularly when things go wrong which is frequent. When prescriptions are messed up or not available at the required time they are unhelpful and point blame at anyone they can, usually the gp surgery, your central processing facility or the customer.
Prescription medication is often critical and needs to be available accurately and timely and when things go wrong what?s needed is rapid analysis of the issue, notice of what?s being done to resolve it and when that will be done.
There needs to be management intervention to improve performance and customer service.

This pharmacy needs a good shake up. Firstly the lack of communication from them is unreal! Surely if a Prescription is unavailable you should get notification. Also when advised to call them in a few days they never answer the phone.

Worst Phamacy in the area. Very disorganised, no communication. Staff don?t know what?s going on. And they choose to blame others and take no responsibility. Terrible service.

Trying to call this pharmacy is like a mission impossible to know if a prescription is there ready as we work full time and can't just pop in to ask. Called all day and lines is newer free. Only need insulin for taupe 1 diabetic, not like its necessary to liveJoke nothing else

I have recently visited the pharmacy on two separate occasions with my sons . We asked for advice from the Pharmacist on both occasions . The same female pharmacist was extremely helpful. She gave us advice and assisted us under the Common ailment scheme. She was professional, efficient and spot on with her advice ! I will always use this pharmacy now.

Very rude and very unhelpful staff. Questioning why I couldn't collect the prescription myself and reason being I'd just had an operation and then why my partner couldn't get down there now but he works!!! Shameful people, don't jump to conclusions and actually listen to your customer next time.They definitely need some customer handling training

Had our Flu injection on 22 September.We ordered our medication early due to holidays told it be ready on 30th September. Telephoned not ready .Told it would be ready on 3rd October just telephoned still not ready.Flying out this afternoon with no medication .What on earth has gone wrong with this pharmacy

It's been a challenging couple of months for this pharmacy, and now I realise how hard the ladies work there to give a effective service. I went there last week and one particular lady was very very helpful and she was there all by herself and I needed my medication and the lady gave me mine, as a script didn't come from the doctors. I am much appreciated about this. Customers do need to give them slack. Well done ?, let's make sure the pharmacy stays like this . Pleasure to have come here today. Thank you.
