“I went into CEX Pontypridd today and honestly I couldn't think of a single bad word to say about the staff... not too sure what the man's name is but he had longish hair and a purple bandana went in to talk about an issue with my nintendo switch 2 virtual game cards and he helped me out so much turns out it was the original switch 1 it was looking for 100% would go there for a technical problem again!! THANK YOU SO MUCH. Also a shout out to the other gentleman that helped me out too as much as he could ?.”
