Excellent service and delivery
Had two bulk bags delivered to a residential address. The first delivery they were unable to put on the driveway due to the power lines but returned just a few days later with a solution.
Huge thank you to Dan, the very friendly and personable delivery driver (and one other - apologies as I didn't get your name) for the ingenuity and dedication to the delivery location I needed.

Absolutely impeccable customer service and got a delivery to our house through a difficult street and lane when other companies would not even try.
Dan could not have done more to help us. Throughout this entire process he has been kind and willing to go the extra mile to help with our delivery.
Bradley who delivered the product managed to get it perfectly outside our back garden and was incredibly helpful.
Thank you to you both and everyone at Travis Perkins. We are so pleased with not just the difficult delivery but also the quality of the produce. Diolch!

Popped here for the first time and really should have visited before because they have way more stuff than I imagined them to have and reasonably priced. The shop staff was really helpful too and excellently deaf aware. Shall be returning for more stuff I'm sure.

Absolute shambles
Supposed to have an order to collect on Tuesday with a phone call to let me know that it was ready
No phone call no item ready for collection
Was promised to have it delivered to my home early Thursday morning my carpenter was coming early to carry out my work and waiting
Only to be let down again having to drive over a 10 mile trip myself to collect it
Absolutely furious and embarrassed
