the woman working behind the bar was extremely rude towards me and my friend for us kindly asking for plastic cups, we will no longer be returning here as we did not appreciate the attitude or disrespect.

I ordered a pi t of birra moretti, i had a sip and i never tasted anything worse, i tried to speak with thr bartender and she said that the glass is no good , she just tipped the drink in another glass, i asked politely to pour another drink and she refused , absolutely disgusting

Very rude/spiteful staff. Took a drink off my friend at the end of the night and wouldn't let me use the toilet (despite being there drinking for over an hour) because they were closing up!

Good pub but no food.

Went in for first time today about 2pm, despite passing many times. It seemed a bit intimidating as it appears a 'drinkers pub'. However the service was great and after getting over the feeling of being watched it was great. Was a beautiful spring day with a chilly wind but the beer garden is sheltered and the rear area was a real suntrap. Thoroughly enjoyed it. No idea what it's like in the evenings or weekends though.
