Great customer service. I was using a Tesco Shopping voucher, and I wasn't sure if it would go through as i won it at work back in December 2023. But the attendant was supper friendly. Loved It ?

My elderly disabled mother was spoken to rudely by a female member of staff today when she was asking if they had anymore bread in stock, to which she was responded with an agressive no, she found more bread herself after looking around more. Seems to be a regular thing in this store of being abusive to elderly people

The store opens at 6am , walked up to the door which was partly closed at 6:25 in through to store only to be shouted were closed sorry. I suggest you do your deliveries in your own time us customers need food for work!

On behalf of my 70 year old Mother who was treated disgustingly yesterday in this store (Sat 18th Dec at 4pm). Refused service & accused of shouting. My Mother is partially deaf. Asked for a price of an item & was very rudely spoken too because apparently he couldn?t price the item. Then started to pull the basket away from my Mother. What disgusting way to treat someone. He seemed a little peeved from being disturbed from his chat with his colleague & had to actually do his job!!!!!!

Always antics going on in this store.People cause problems for no reason. Mainly the drunks going in here picking on the innocent staff. Security just stand and watch, I guess that's what they are paid to do.Some good cheap products, they got a range of stuff from sandwiches, chocolate bars through to body wash, frozen foods, toiletries etc.Use the self scan till for quickness.Some lottery winners have brought there tickets in this very store. Try your luck ;)
