Good place nice and clean. Was in got what I wanted. Was stuck at the till waiting for someone to clear something for me and then this lady called Karen came in and got everything going again really quick and smooth. Can't fault her. Good staff and could see them fixing problems quick and easy. Will be back for sure

I recently went to this store to buy a redbul and was asked for my id. As requested I got it out however the member of staff didn?t even look at it and refused to let me buy it. I honestly think this is ridiculous as I presented it when asked but she refused to look at it, I told them that they hadn?t looked at it calmly and politely but she proceeded to raise her voice and told me to leave. Customer service was extremely poor and upon reading other reviews it is clear that this is an ongoing issue regarding IDs.

Went to the pharmacy as I had a rash so rather than go to the doctor I thought I would do the pharmacy but the pharmacist there was very unhelpful didn?t even take me to a private room and I had to buy the tablets. We are told to try and use them instead of the doctors but never again will I use this pharmacy.

I don't recommend this store to anyone reasonable.
I was with my friend and he was buying non-alcoholic cider and they asked for ID. I didn't have ID with me (I am 26 btw), but I had picture of it on my phone and was told they only accept physical ID. Okay, but I wasn't the one buying it, it was my friend, he was paying for this and he had ID as well, I was just standing there and just because we were together they didn't sell us NON-ALCOHOLIC cider. Ridiculous.
My friend came back later without me but they still didn't sell him it because they saw us together earlier.
UK law doesn't require ID at all if you buy alcohol less than 0.5% and this one was completely NON-ALCOHOLIC. This is stupid internal policy of the store and you can see how they treat their customers.
Will never step my foot in Tesco again.

Disappointing
First visit after a number of years, tried several trolleys before finding one that actually moved.... Busy Saturday, checkouts not fully open, some ignorant shoppers stretching across to get things without waiting.
Not in a rush to return.

Bought breakfast this morning in Tescos cafe, scrambled eggs on toast, it was absolutely disgusting that was no scrambled egg. It was bland and tasteless and looked more like foam more than egg.
I would have been better off saving my £8 and eaten the artificial plants you have scattered around the cafe at least they would taste artificial just like that scrambled egg.
Won't be wasting my money in there again.

Went to shopping in tesco once a week and its easy to find what you really need it and its was very helpful from the stuff as well.

Very few tills now tesco expects you to spend your hard earned cash there put your own products through the tills pack your own bags basically over charge you with their over priced products and most of the tills are card only fantastic. So zero help zero input zero shopping experience
Tesco here's a little tip make the shopping experience more personal and maybe just maybe you will get some of your customers back oh and one more thing tesco sells actimel baby food its 18 pounds. in aldi its 11 pounds that's a big 7 pounds saving and could I ask when tesco is having its Christmas party for employees as we are all putting our own shopping thru your tills now I thought the great British public are all invited out for free Christmas drinks for all the free work we do for you
