Fraud: Claim they delivered food on Christmas Eve, but did not.
I hadn't eat all day and had to order from Choices Takeaway.
Is there anyone local that knows if this restaurant was open at 20:36 on Christmas Eve when I ordered?
I had to order Choices before that shut. Ordered that at 21:30 as Subway hadn't arrived yet.
I got a big loud dog that barks and jumps around when the door knocks, so I know I didn't miss the delivery at all!
I thought I could keep a sandwich for later, eat the hot food now, but it never came.
I forgot to go back on just eat after I eat my Choices Takeaway and report it, until next time I ordered on just eat, on Boxing Day, so they won't refund me, and the restaurant are keeping my £16.12 for a sandwich and 2 packs of crisps that I never had, on Christmas Eve, that was my breakfast, dinner, tea, and snacks in between, all rolled into one meal!
Merry Christmas!
If you don't sort my refund out guys, I'm coming down the restaurant to collect it myself, from the till!

Give me cheap multi pack crisps I've never heard of instead of the expensive walkers I paid £2 for!
Multi packs are not to be sold separately. It says so on them!
I've had miniature tub of Ben & Jerry's when I paid £7 for a big tub!

We have been stuck in to a virus so decided to treat out little girl. Thank you to Lissa, you really made her day she loves pickles so much. Brought little happy tears. Sandwiches were amazing, one a few places I feel safe to east due to a dairy and soya intolerance also. I'm so greatful for exceptional service.

Im a regular at subway and I?m usually served by Courtney. She is always so friendly and quick at making my sub. She remembers my order and it?s always delicious.

Ordered toasted sub online, the man realised it was meant to be toasted. Takes it to the back where I can see him still and pretends to toast it. I get home to a stone cold soggy sub and they won?t even pick the phone up. Shocking

Didn't even wanna give 1 syar! This place is a joke! Dhoukd be shut down! Someone report these to food hygiene l.. or something thisnisnt right. Food always buzzing cold and always late always soppy anging not fresh at all foods rank !!!! Ponty amd rhydyfelin subway is the 1 to go! Don't order here your wasting your time.

Walked in at 9am when then opened. Only person in there. Took me 20 minutes to finally leave as the person making my sandwich was moping the floor in between stations of making the sandwich. No change of gloves either. It smelt like the sewer in there. Wouldn?t bother.

Possibly the worst subway around, ordered online was late by over a hour, missing items freezing cold food, and as you can see poor standard bread must?ve been picked up from the bin. Couldn?t even be bothered to cut it. Disgusting shop wouldn?t recommend avoid avoid avoid!!
