Prices have increased due to the fact they have limited the meal deals to a hand full of subs . The self service screens are frustrating and impersonal. Walked out without ordering.

Reluctant to serve now there is a self service system in place.
Subways slogan should be changed from 'have it your way' to 'have it your way-as long as your requirements are listed in a limited menu on a touch screen while your server stands in front of you doing nothing while you figure out the app'
There's other local Subways that are better but this one was convenient for me today.
I understand a pre order system or using self service if its busy. But not if you're the only one waiting to be served and the staff aren't doing anything else

Came here yesterday dinner time. Shop was very quiet. Service was not as quick as you would think considering it was empty. Food was ok.

A lovely little place. Great engaging staff who obviously had good customer service. Changed my mind about the takeaway & sat inside. I will definitely go again.Vegetarian options: I wasn't really looking for a vegetarian meal, but I did see some meals that would be a vegetarian option. Also, the man who served me was knowledgeable & answered all my queries. Very polite, man.Dietary restrictions: The man who served me explained what I asked about the fat contents without any difficulty. I did not ask about anything else.Kid-friendliness: I took my 8-year-old grandson the week before & he felt very happy staying in to eat. He ordered himself & the staff listened to him & relayed to him what his order was, so it was correct. Good engagement.Wheelchair accessibility: Not 1l00% sure as I didn't need help with access. I only saw a step that was only about 3 inches, so it's better than other takeaways.

The food is really good. It's pretty good value for money because your not hungry after a footling with a snack. The staff are as keen and happy in their work as you would expect for a fast food place but thats not why you go there. Get in, grab your scoff and get out and they do that very well.
