Came in waiting at till for approx 10 mins nobody to be seen. Eventually young lady served us with only what I can describe as pure apathy. Sort it out!

I had a Terrible experience in this store, I and my friends pop in to buy some wears, on arrival, there were about 3 staffs on the shop floor, miraculously about 5 others came from nowhere spying on our shoulders, I worked just opposite store to them and with my uniform on, I deserve better, that's clueless, coupled with various differences in online prices and in store prices, I asked the cashier and they were no justification given, it's absolutely rubbish. I wouldn't be returning there.

Appalling service by the 'assistant manager'
Bought shoes, wore once, soles keep bunching in middle making it uncomfortable to walk in them, so took back to store in pontypridd.
Man first says he's store manager, then he's duty manager as store manager not in, then he assistant manager, poor bloke doesn't even know his job title ?
Refused an exchange as won't be able to resell it, well why would u resell a faulty item!!
Was very rude, acted superior maybe first find out what your job title is before speaking to customers the way he did. I asked his name as I said will mention it in email to customer service and refused, as probably didn't even remember that ??
Says sole is removable hence moves, then suddenly sole is only glued to shoe down the bottom so that's why top of it moves, never had issue of soles bunching in middle of any of my shoes ever!!
