Frequently lose prescriptions, don't answer telephone and not prepared to process prescription if it is too close to their lunch hour! I've given up going there anymore.

Shocking customer service , lose prescriptions , lie that they've not had it when surgery says they've collected it definitely Medications missing from my bag of meds that should be in there but label on bag says rhy are. Rude staff and regularly don't have stock for repeats. I give them no stars

Absolutely appalling service. I have waIted 9 days for 3 items on a new prescription. Keep getting told they can't get hold of stock. Asked for prescription back to try and source elsewhere but this was refused. Now been told (on a Friday) that I am more than welcome to collect the prescription today and try and source elsewhere!! As I can't walk or drive currently this is not a helpful solution! Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!

Picked up my repeat prescription this afternoon and just opened it up and they've not given me my essential medication. Will have to go without till Monday now. Disgusting service

For a while now they have got my repeat prescription orders wrong, but the service has got worse and despite giving over a week to request they fail to order the meds from the GP, resulting in me running out of meds and having to go to the GP for a script. Have given up and arranged for another pharmacy to process my repeat meds.

Given 2 instead of my 3 prescription orders. Had to go back and was told it was on a different order - I asked if a note could be made and was told by the pharmacist that "I can't make a note for everyone" and I'd need to ask for the two sets of items every time I came in - rubbish service.

Used to be 5 stars used to be the only pharmacy I'd use. But over the last few months, the service has gone downhill. I've had issues with getting my sons prescription every month since November. I've had some prescriptions lost, some not ordered correctly or at all the service has gone from being really helpful and polite to everything seems to much effort and not polite. I've now changed pharmacy and won't use this one again it's a shame because I can only ever remember using this pharmacy. Given it 2 stars because of the past good service , I currently wouldn't give it one!

Trying to get a repeat prescription 36 calls and still no answer,this happens all the time I try to get my friends prescription ordered .Yes I imagine your busy but surely if the phone rings constantly its for a reason!! TERRIBLE ...time to change pharmacy.
