Had multiple problems here but last week my father had scratch cards for his birthday and won money on one. He tried to cash it in at the tobacco counter and the girl working behind it said that the machine was slow and if we went and done some shopping then came back it should be sorted. We went back and she handed him back the scratchcard saying that unfortunately she couldn't get the machine to work and that it wasn't scanning. A week later (today) my dad still had his scratch card with his birthday winnings and tried again to cash it in . A different woman this time was behind the counter and when she scanned it told him it had already been cashed in. So he explained to her the previous situation and how the other worker told him it wouldn't scan when actually it must have and he hasn't been given the money. The workers didn't want to know and he's left with nothing.

The escalator never seems to work on the one side. On top of this, one of the lists also never seems to work, it's either one or the other.
However, the shop itself is normal, but the staff is lacking I'm numbers when it comes to checkouts and self serve. Always standing around waiting for a staff member.

Lovley layout relaxing atmosphere,brilliant parking underneath Sainsbury's ideal if you have elderly and young children, when the weather is bad it's great.
