Price for puppy £115 for jabs and chip . Oxford vets charge £85 . This place coasts too much even for stuff for your pets prices too high. Staff always leave front desk so we stuck around for 15 mins for help

Called in to my local store in Pontypridd to pick up some frontline treatment for my cats. I always get it in this branch and have never had a bad experience until today. I asked the lady on the counter for some help as I couldn?t remember the name of the treatment I wanted and she looked at me like I had two heads. I explained what I needed and she made no attempt to suggest any products it could be or what it could be called she just pulled a scowl at me and shook her head. Not having had any help from her at all, I went to the aisle to have a look for the name and came back to the counter knowing that?s where they keep the treatment. When I told her what I needed her response was ?A three pack is it? No I only have the six pack anyway.? I just paid as I didn?t have time to go somewhere else. As I was leaving I walked back passed the counter and she was busy ignoring another lady who was stood right in front of her, eventually telling her she hadn?t seen her. I will be shopping elsewhere in future.

The lady who helped us buy 2 Russian Dwarf hamsters was absolutely amazing! I bought the little white hamster and one of the other grey/black hamsters. Supported in choosing the correct accessories and cage for them! Couldn't recommend a better store!

Over new year I did an order for my cats and accidentally pressed click and collect instead of delivery.My daughter Ellen phoned the shop and spoke to Ellouise and Connor.They sorted the whole process out with step by step details to me.They cancelled the order and I reordered for delivery.At all times they were pleasant and courteous and it was over the busy new year period.Thank you both ,you are a credit to the store.
