The people that work at this chemist r wonderful.always helpful and always willing to listen when I was at my darkest time.1lady in particular saved me I will forever be grateful I'm not going to name here but she knows who she is.but every member of staff is so helpful I just hope it is recognised by the boss.massive thank U to all the staff there nothing but praise for them.shouldnt go unrecognised.doesnt matter who U speak to there always polite helpful and got time to help.so big thanks to all at the chemist U do such a wonderful job.so when U feel down in Ur job just remember how many of us U help THANK U ALL staff members

Three years ago I became very ill with a condition that?s affected my mobility and overall health to such a degree I?m now classed as disabled. I am unable to leave my home without help and simple tasks, such as collecting a prescription, I?m no longer able to manage.Parkgate Pharmacy are so exceptional I can?t commend them highly enough. They deliver my medications every month which is a life line, they are always available to offer advice if I have any queries and have even arranged a couple of very late delivery requests if my Doctor has had to issue a separate prescription. I?ve never experienced such wrap around care.Everyone is so friendly and approachable, and they?ve helped me enormously by taking away the worry of running out of essential medications. I would recommend them to everyone as the best pharmacy in the area by far, and their care and consideration for their customers sets a very high bar for other pharmacy?s to reach.Alison Collard

Great staff. May have to wait in a queue inside , depends on how many people are waiting for prescriptions to be made up. Small pharmacy , not many " off the shelf " products , bare minimum range of shampoos, conditioners, deodorant and hygiene products.

When presenting my prescription to this pharmacy didn't have the tablets I needed,they told me go to Tesco where I get my prescription from.I use to use this pharmacy regularly ut they are closed by the time I get home from work. So used alterernative pharmacy.Never use this place again.

Wouldn?t even give one. Tried phoning to see if my partners medication was ready as it?s been nearly a week since ordering. They were just talking amount themselves not even acknowledging my existence and now I can?t even get back through to them? very unprofessional!

Fantastic service from the staff who are friendly and welcoming. They appear to be well stocked and use their best endeavours to accommodate when items are not in stock. Such a lovely place, the staff are exceptional at their jobs.
