Really helpful staff, all the way from the cashiers to the branch manager. They honestly couldn't do more for me, when ever I have had to go into branch to sort out any issues.

Welcoming staff. Wheelchair accessible but no disabled parking within town centre except outside W H Smiths which is always full.

This has been my local branch since signing up as a student and the staff have always been very friendly and happy to help.It has a ramp and lower counter so good for disability access. The main door is up steps but the side entrance is good and has a cash machine and deposit machine for those who might prefer autuomated service.

Went to open a current account for my daughter, told you needed to book an appointment, wasn't offered a appointment, told to call and make it, did that and was told the actual bank are the one's that make appointments, what a poor experience, don't you want business Lloyd's

I have never had a problem with this branch. I'm the 3rd generation to have accounts with them. They have always been helpful. Rose who unfortunately has now retired was incredibly helpful. We are often served by Michelle who is also very professional and nothing is too much trouble.
