Not the best for getting the full range of slimming world products. Any other iceland stores have the full range. When you ask if they'll be getting more stock there is no verbal reply just a shrug of the shoulders and they walk away. Staff are rude and the chilled fridges leave a hygiene wise. Tge fruit and veg are either starting to rot or sprout . Not nice at all.

Very disappointed in ponty Iceland, only one on tile only 3 staff in the all building, I picked few things up , but there was only one on tile ,at to be home for the children 11,45 at to leave my thing and walk out as the service was so poor ,no way to run a store

Never ever will I go in that shop in pontypridd again. One till open, cashier was doing delivery packing for one customer and another was waiting to sign up. All the while the queue was getting longer and longer. 2 other assistants just chatting away while ripping up boxes, another filling the freezers, and another just wandering up and down the aisles. After 10 mins I had to leave my 3 items there as I had to get back for the school run, and would have been in the queue for at least another 10-15 minutes. Due to traffic etc, I had no option but to walk out empty handed

I mean it's a pretty normal Iceland but if Google wants me to review it I can't rate it very highly because the decor and vibe is a mess inside. From memory the floor is just bare concrete, the tills are old, the queue was long. If you want to go to an Iceland, you already know what you're going to find in there, and you will find it in this one, but the presentation is lacking.

As Icelands go, this was as expected. Not very big but big enough for local town and a quick shop.
