Abysmal service. Extremely poor communication regarding the repairs to my car. Failed to phone me after promising to do so. I was completely in the dark and it resulted in my being without a car over the bank Holiday. Will definitely not use this garage for future servicing or repairs.

Dropped car off at 12 but didn't get it back until 4.30 and they didn't even do a valet.

Despite the confirmation call I made, no sat nav update was done. And all of a sudden they could give me a curticey car, where I was not allowed one for today. Double standards.
