It seems to me that ever since EE became part of the BT Group, their customer service standards have slipped considerably. A couple of months ago I went to this EE shop on Taff St to purchase a basic broadband contract. I had a choice: BT or EE. I chose BT because of no installation charge, and because I was already an EE customer, I would get 10% off. This was confirmed by the manager. I found out later directly from BT that I had been lied to. BT offer no such discounts. When I went back to ask about a basic TV entertainment package, the manager couldn?t be bothered with it and told me to call 150, which is EE not BT. He also told me the cost would be under £10.00 per month. Another lie, because the minimum package BT offers costs £15.00. When I mentioned that my first bill wasn?t discounted by the 10% he promised, he lied yet again by telling me that it would show up on my next bill. It?s a dump of an outlet and needs new and honest management. BT are now aware and will be investigating. There are other service providers on Taff St. Use one of of them, not EE.

Staff wouldn't even get up off there seat to great you an was no help what so ever witch is a shame as I prefer ee to other networks wouldn't even try to scan I'd for my sim card as it was a picture on my phone an wouldn't take my other I'd... dnt bother going in store better off ringing ee as the service I got if I was a new customer I wouldn't have bothered with ee an gone else where to another provider

It was empty and no one could be bothered to approach me all sat lounging about chatting to each other and on their phones. I eventually got approached and after 30mins they couldn't solve my issue. Went back in 3 days later with instructions from Customer Service and the bloke that served me couldn't be bothered huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes all because I needed to transfer my number to a new sim so clearly he was making any commission on it,So much for every customer is important.. won't be visiting this branch again ..

What fantastic customer service from Rhys! More than halved our monthly bills, gave us fantastic advice and offers. Even came away with an upgrade of my bt broadband for less money!
